General Bonus Terms and Conditions – applicable to bonuses credited on and after 8th October 2007 (for previous terms, click here).
We like to reward you, the loyal player, but unfortunately some people take advantage of our offers in a negative way and abuse them. To deter any abuse of our bonuses we must insist that the rules below are observed. This way we can keep offering you the best bonuses in the business!
You must comply with all of the House Rules.
Failure to comply with the rules below may result in the removal of all bonus funds, winnings withheld and deposited funds returned.
YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WITHDRAW ANY WINNINGS UNTIL YOU HAVE MET WAGERING REQUIREMENTS – this includes transferring to Sportsbook or withdrawing from the poker and/or bingo clients. Any withdrawal requests will be rejected until wagering requirements are met or winnings void at the discretion of management.
In all cases deposited funds will be used for wagering before bonus money.
Once there has been play on an account where a bonus has been credited, that bonus and all terms and conditions are deemed accepted by the player.
Bonuses will only be considered redeemed upon wagering completion or when your balance reaches ‘0’. If you make a further deposit before satisfying any of these conditions, you will top up your bonus fund before your cash balance, until you go on to satisfy wagering conditions.
Bonuses will only be valid on real cash deposits – other transfers will result in the voiding of any bonus and winnings at our discretion.
For the purposes of promotions, weeks run from Sunday to Saturday.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in promotional material, bonus funds are added on the condition that you wager your Deposit plus Bonus at least twenty times on non restricted games.
Wagering = 20 x Deposit + Bonus
Example: First deposit, you deposit £100 and receive £100 bonus funds.
= 20 x (100) + (100)
= £4000
Example: Monthly reload, you deposit £100 and receive £25 bonus funds.
= 20 x (25)
= £500
You will only have to complete wagering on the qualifying portion of your deposit. You will not be penalized for depositing more than the maximum required to receive the full bonus amount.
Example: First deposit, you deposit £500 and receive £100 bonus funds.
= 20 x (100) + (100)
= £4000
Example: Monthly reload, you deposit £500 and receive £25 bonus funds.
= 20 x (25)
= £500
Calculating wagering: if you play two games on a slot machine and wager 50 units on each, you have wagered 100 units regardless of the outcome, i.e. both winning and losing wagers count towards your wagering count. You can ask our support team at any time for an update on remaining wagering.
ALL VARIATIONS of the following games will be restricted for wagering purposes: Roulette, Baccarat, Sic Bo, Craps, Blackjack, Pontoon, Video Poker and Wild Viking.
Wagering can only be completed using your Casino chip balance, as such all wagering on Betfred Games (located under the ‘Games’ tab) WILL NOT count towards your wagering requirement.
Accounts that have had no game play for 30 days or more may have bonus funds removed at our discretion.
We reserve the right to close any account for any abusive activity at our sole discretion; this may include depositing with the sole purpose of receiving bonus funds, on our own interpretation of the facts.
All bonuses are available only once per person, family, household address, e-mail address, credit card number, and environments where computers are shared (university, society, school, public library, workplace, etc.).
Any player holding an account at Betfred who has received a bonus on that account will NOT be eligible to claim a further bonus if they then create an account at Manchester United Casino (and vice versa).
The following countries will be ineligible for any bonuses: Denmark, China, Philippines, Thailand, Israel, Netherland Antilles, Estonia, USA and Germany.
Betfred Casino reserves the right to modify these rules or cancel this promotion at any time.
