Turnover Requirement
Unless otherwise stated, bonus amounts credited to a player\'s Bonus Balance are subject to thirty (x30) times turnover requirements, before they will be transferred into the Cash Balance, where they may be withdrawn.
For any bet made, the bet is placed from a player\'s Cash Balance first. If there is no Cash Balance available, then the bet is placed from the player\'s Bonus Balance. This effectively means that credits in the player\'s Bonus Balance are only played if there is no Cash Balance.
As a player meets the turnover (wagering) requirements of the promotional bonus issued, the bonus balance is decreased in increments of ten (10) and added to the Cash Balance.
Different games played may contribute a different percentage of the wager – up to 100%, towards the required play-through. The contributing percentages are as follows:
* All Slots, Keno, Scratch Card and Parlor games – 100%
* Video Poker, all Blackjacks except Classic Blackjack 10%
* All Roulette, Classic Blackjack, Sic Bo, Craps, Baccarat, Table Poker, Casino War, Red dog 0%
The gamble feature wagering on slots is excluded from the contribution towards wagering requirements of bonus credits.
Terms & Conditions
1. Your Participation at the Casino
1.1 Participation
1.1.1 Participation at the Casino is at your sole option, discretion and risk.
1.1.2 All bets are processed by the Casino on its servers, in accordance with it's Kahnawake licence.
1.1.3 You are solely responsible for ascertaining whether it is legal in Your Jurisdiction to participate at the Casino. You may only participate at the Casino if it is legal for you to do so within Your Jurisdiction. We do not warrant the legality of your participation at the Casino in terms of the laws of Your Jurisdiction.
1.1.4 In addition to the provisions of 1.1.3 above, you may only participate at the Casino if you have attained the legal age of majority within Your Jurisdiction, and you are at least 18 years of age.
1.1.5 We have the right to request that you furnish us with proof of your identity and age as a prerequisite of your participation at the Casino at any time throughout your participation at the Casino.
1.1.6 You hereby authorise us, and our designated agents, as and when required, to confirm your identity and your right to use the monies that you wager at the Casino.
1.2 Forbidden Jurisdictions
1.2.1 In compliance with US legislation, by way of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act, Casino wagers will not be accepted from any resident of the United States of America.
1.2.2 Casino wagers will not be accepted from any residents of Israel.
1.3 Your Warranties
1.3.1 You warrant and represent, and we enter into this Agreement on the basis of such representations and warranties, all of which are material at the time of your entering into the Agreement and throughout the currency hereof, that you:
1.3.1.1 Are legally able to participate in the Casino within Your Jurisdiction;
1.3.1.2 Are an "adult", having attained the age of majority within Your Jurisdiction;
1.3.1.3 Are at least 18 years of age;
1.3.1.4 Shall not allow any third party (in particular, but without limitation, any minor/s) to, directly or indirectly, use your Account/s that you hold at the Casino, participate at the Casino in any manner whatsoever, or accept any promotional offers or prizes from the Casino;
1.3.1.5 Have furnished us with personal details that are valid, accurate, and complete in each and every respect and that you shall advise us immediately via e-mail should such details change;
1.3.1.6 Are the true and lawful owner of the monies that you wager at the Casino and/or that you are duly and properly authorized to utilize such monies for the aforementioned purposes;
1.3.1.7 Shall not deposit nor wager any monies at the Casino that are derived in any manner whatsoever from illegal activities contemplated in 1.5 below;
1.3.1.8 Shall pay all monies owed to the Casino and in respect of payment shall not charge-back, and/or deny or reverse or countermand any such payments;
1.3.1.9 Shall be wholly responsible for the secrecy of your account, and shall make every effort to prevent the use of the account number by any third party;
1.3.1.10 Shall be wholly responsible for any transactions entered into where the account holders number has been given to effect a wager or financial transaction; and
1.3.1.11 Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
1.4 Refusal to Register, Deregistration, Exclusion & Suspension
1.4.1 We may refuse to register you as a Player or elect to deregister and exclude you or suspend you as a Player from the Casino at any time if we deem that your participation at the Casino is, shall be or has been previously, in anyway fraudulent, illegal or that your participation is or has been abusive or irregular in any way.
1.4.2 You acknowledge hereby that the Casino is not obliged to give you prior notice of its decision to refuse, deregister or exclude or suspend you, nor to furnish you with any reasons for such decision.
1.5 Consequences of Deregistration, Exclusion or Suspension
1.5.1 If we deregister or exclude or suspend you from the Casino we have the right to:
1.5.1.1 Withhold payment to you of any contested funds whether such contested funds are deposits, refunds, bonuses, free monies, credits, free bets, payouts or the like; and/or
1.5.1.2 Exclude you from all or any other products in the group of companies of which the Casino is a member; and/or
1.5.1.3 Solely determine what criteria you shall have to meet in order to establish a New Account at the Casino; and/or
1.5.1.4 In the case of fraudulent, illegal or similar misconduct by you or failure by you to pay any sums due to us:
1.5.1.4.1 Furnish any relevant information about you to an intra-group database recording such mischief and, if necessary, hand over your account details to a collection agency for the recovery of any sums that you owe us. You hereby irrevocably authorize us to do so in our absolute discretion; and/or
1.5.1.4.2 Have forfeited to us, any contested funds that may be derived by you from fraudulent, illegal or similar miscount.
1.6 Dormant Accounts
1.6.1 It is recorded that the provisions of this Clause 1.6 only apply if a Players account at the Casino constitutes a Dormant Account.
1.6.2 An Account Management fee of £2.00 / €3.00 / $5.00 per month will be debited from any account that is dormant.
1.6.3 Any credit balance standing to a Dormant Players credit in his or her Cash balance in his or her Dormant Account, less any Account Management fees charged, will be refunded to the Player providing that the player claims his or her Cash Balance from the Casino within six (6) months of the Players account becoming a Dormant Account. If the Cash Balance in a Dormant Account remains unclaimed for a period of six (6) months, any sums contained therein shall be forfeited to the Casino.
1.7 Banking Fees
1.7.1 In instances where the Casino has absorbed banking fees related to a Players transaction, and the full deposit amount has not been turned over (bet through) at least once (x1), the Casino shall reserve the right to charge the player the full banking fee cost incurred by the Casino, or at least 3% of the deposit amount, whichever is the greater.
1.8 Money Laundering
1.8.1 It is recorded that some jurisdictions have strict laws on money laundering that may impose an obligation upon us to report you to the federal or local authorities within such jurisdictions if we know, suspect or have reason to suspect that any of your transactions, amongst other things, involve funds derived from illegal activities or are intended to conceal funds derived from illegal activities or involve the use of the Casino to facilitate criminal activity.
1.8.2 If we have knowledge or suspicion envisaged in 1.8.1 above we may:
1.8.2.1 Immediately suspend, deregister or terminate your Account at the Casino; and/or
1.8.2.2 At our sole discretion, not refund to you any funds held in such Account; and/or
1.8.2.3 Furnish any relevant information about you to an intra-group database recording such mischief. You hereby irrevocably authorise us to do so in our absolute discretion.
1.8.3 We reserve the right to report you to the aforementioned federal or local authorities should we, in our absolute discretion, determine that we are obligated, by law, to do so.
1.8.4 In order to assist in the prevention of money laundering:
1.8.4.1 No cash shall be accepted to fund any Account at the Casino;
1.8.4.2 No substantial and/or exceptional withdrawals individually and cumulatively shall be made unless notarized facsimile copies of at least 2 (two) of the following are received:
1.8.4.2.1 Your most recent bank statements for the bank account from which your wagers have been paid;
1.8.4.2.2 Drivers licence;
1.8.4.2.3 Official identification document containing a photographic identification of you;
1.8.4.2.4 Current and valid passport; or
1.8.4.2.5 Utility bill (e.g. gas, water, telephone, etc) bearing your name and your address registered with us.
1.8.4.3 Notwithstanding the aforegoing, we additionally reserve the right to require any of the above documentation at any time during our dealings for the purposes of identity verification.
2. The Service
2.1 The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranty or representation, whether express or implied, in relation to the satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, completeness or accuracy of the Service or the Website.
2.2 We shall not be liable for computer malfunctions, failure of telecommunications service or Internet connections nor attempts by you to participate in wagering activities, means or ways not intended by us.
2.3 We cannot guarantee that the Service will never be faulty, but we will correct reported faults as soon as we reasonably can. If a fault occurs you should report the fault by e-mail or in writing to Customer Service.
2.4 Although we shall take all reasonable measures to ensure that the website and any files originating from us are free from viruses, we cannot and do not guarantee that any files are free of such problems. It is your responsibility to protect your systems and have in place the ability to reinstall any data or programs lost due to a virus.
2.5 We may temporarily suspend the whole or any part of the Service for any reason at our sole discretion. We may, but shall not be obliged to, give you as much notice as is reasonably practicable of such suspension. We will restore the Service, as soon as is reasonably practicable, after temporary suspension.
3. Shared Environments
We may impose any limits or conditions that we, in our sole discretion, deem fit on any persons who open or attempt to open Accounts at the Casino where such Accounts originate from environments where computers are, or the environment, is shared.
4. Indemnity & Limitations of Liability
4.1 You indemnify and hold harmless the Casino, its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents and affiliates, the ultimate parent and parent companies of the Casino and any of its subsidiaries against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages (whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive or other) arising from any participation by you at the Casino. 4.1.2 use or re-use of any materials at, or obtained from, this Casino website or any other source whatsoever;

5. Promotions & Competitions
5.1 It is recorded that the Casino shall, from time to time, offer certain promotions and competitions and that these competitions and promotions may have separate terms, conditions and rules that are competition or promotion-specific.
5.2 These Terms and Conditions apply to any competition or promotion.
5.3 In the event of conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the promotion or competition-specific Terms and Conditions, the promotion or competition-specific Terms and Conditions shall prevail but only to the extent that the Terms and Conditions conflict with one another.
6. Rules of Play
6.1 In addition to these Terms and Conditions, certain Rules of Play shall apply to you and be binding upon you in respect of your participation at the Casino.

7. Intellectual Property

8. General
8.1 Amendment
8.1.1 The Casino may, without notice to you, amend, alter, delete, interlineate, or add to (“Changes”) these Terms and Conditions, the General Betting Rules, the Rules of Play or the Promotional and Competition Rules at any time whatsoever.
8.1.2 These Changes shall become effective, and you shall be bound by these Changes, immediately upon their posting on the Casino website.
8.1.3 You agree to regularly review these Terms & Conditions, promotion or competition-specific Terms and Conditions, and the Rules of Play regularly in order to assess whether any Changes have been made.
8.2 Eligibility
The Casino employees, subsidiaries, licensees, licensors, distributors and other associated or affiliated companies or, in the case of individuals, the immediate family of such individuals, are not eligible to participate at the Casino.
8.3 Severability
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that part shall be deemed to be severable from the rest of these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, the part deemed invalid or unenforceable shall be amended in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as closely as possible, our original intent.
8.4 Non-Waiver
No indulge granted by the Casino to you should be construed as a waiver of any of our or the Casino rights in terms of these Terms and Conditions.
8.5 Third Parties
Unless otherwise expressly stated, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall create or confer any rights on any persons not party to these Terms and Conditions.
8.6 Assignment
We reserve the right to transfer, assign, sub-licence or pledge, in whole or in part, any of the rights and obligations granted to or imposed upon us by these Terms and Conditions. You may not transfer, assign, sub-licence or pledge any of the rights and obligations granted to or imposed upon you by these Terms and Conditions.
8.7 Whole Agreement
Unless the context otherwise indicates, these Terms and Conditions set out the entire agreement between us and supersede all prior oral or written agreements, arrangements or understanding between us. You acknowledge that you are not relying on any representation, agreement, term or condition that is not set out in this Agreement.
8.8 Interpretation
In this Agreement the headings are used for convenience only and shall not affect its interpretation. References to persons shall include incorporated and unincorporated persons; references to the singular include the plural and vice versa; and references to the masculine include the feminine.
8.9 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The validity, construction and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Royal Courts of Justice, London, England to which the parties hereby submit, except that a Party may seek an interim injunction in any court of competent jurisdiction.
8.10 Limitations of Actions
You hereby agree that any legal proceedings to enforce any claim that you may have (if any) against the Casino shall be initiated by you within a period of six (6) months of the cause of action arising (the “Prescription Period”); failing which you hereby forever waive and abandon any right that you may have to enforce such claim after the Prescription Period and confirm that on the expiry of the Prescription Period the said claim shall be void, waived and abandoned in law.

RULES OF PLAY
1. Terms and Conditions of Play
1.1 In additional to these Terms and Conditions, certain Rules of Play shall apply to you and be binding upon you in respect of your participation at the Casino.
1.2 You hereby agree to be bound by the aforementioned Rules of Play as if they were specifically incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
2. Maximum Winnings
2.1 Unless otherwise specified, the amount that one individual or group deemed to be acting in concert, is eligible to win in any one calendar day (GMT) is limited to $500,000. Should a player win in excess of this amount, the excess will be voided prior to the withdrawal being processed.
2.2 Unless otherwise specified, the amount that one individual or group deemed to be acting in concert, is eligible to win from a non deposit bonus, is limited to $500 / €325 / £250. Should a player win in excess of this amount, the excess will be voided prior to the withdrawal being processed.
2.3 Progressive Jackpot wins shall be excluded from this limitation.

PROMOTION & COMPETITION RULES
The following rules apply to all promotions, competitions, and offers offered by Canbet Casino. In addition to these rules, it is the player's responsibility to ensure that he/she familiarizes him/herself with the specific rules, terms and conditions applicable to any promotion in which he/she decides to, or is invited to, participate.

1. Participation

2. Bonus Requirements
2.1 Bonus and Cash Balances
2.11 A player's Casino balance is divided into a "Cash Balance" and a "Bonus Balance".
2.1.2 Any deposits made by players shall be credited to the player's Cash Balance. Subject to the provisions in clause 6, your Cash Balance may be withdrawn at any time.
2.1.3 Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses, credits, rebates and prizes shall be credited into a player's Bonus Balance, and shall be subject to the following rules:
2.1.3.1 All winnings from bets placed using funds from the Cash Balance will be added to the Cash Balance.
2.1.3.2 All winnings from bets placed using funds from the Bonus Balance will be credited back to the Bonus Balance up to the value of the original bonus amount, less any movements from the Bonus Balance to the Cash Balance. Any excess winnings will be credited to the Cash Balance.
2.1.3.3 Your Bonus Balance may not be withdrawn from your account.
2.1.4 Converting of Bonus Balance into Cash Balance

2.2 Forfeit of Bonus Balance
2.2.1 In the event that a player makes a withdrawal at any time, the Bonus Balance shall be reset to zero. This means that if you withdraw any portion of your Cash Balance and you still have a Bonus Balance, your remaining Bonus Balance shall be forfeited.
2.2.2 Should a player make any transfer to another product (i.e. Sportsbook or Poker), any Bonus Balance remaining in the account shall be forfeited.
2.2.3 If a player does not want a bonus that has been credited into their account, then the player is entitled to request a reversal of such bonus from Customer Service, by means of E-mail, Live Chat or telephonic correspondence. If any bets have been placed using any part of the bonus, the bonus cannot be removed from the account (either by means of a withdrawal or a request to Customer Service) until the full turnover (wagering) requirements for the bonus have been met.
2.2.4 Bonuses that have not been converted into the Cash Balance within 90 days of being issued shall be forfeited.
3. Irregular Play
3.1 Before any withdrawals are processed, play will be reviewed for any irregular betting patterns e.g. placing of equal or zero margin wagers which all shall be considered irregular wagering for bonus wagering requirements. Other examples of irregular betting for wagering requirements include, but are not limited to, placing single bets using the entire (or majority) of your account balance on a single bet, where the majority of that balance is made up of bonus balance.
3.2 The Casino shall reserve the right to decide at its sole discretion which activities constitute "irregular bets" for bonus wagering requirement purposes, and may at any time withhold any withdrawals where irregular play has occurred in order to meet wagering requirements.
4. Minimum Deposits
4.1 No withdrawals will be allowed under any circumstances, nor will any promotional offers be honoured, until such time as a minimum deposit of £10 (€15/$20) is made and any subsequent deposit bonus is played through fully.
4.2 Any transfers from another product (i.e. Sportsbook or Poker) shall not constitute a qualifying deposit for the purpose of meeting the minimum deposit requirements herein.
5. Bonus Limits
5.1 Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses shall be set to a maximum per player of:

6. New Player Bonuses
6.1 New Player bonuses and offers shall only be applicable to first time depositors at the Casino.
6.2 After fulfilling the total turnover requirements on your New Player Bonus, you can withdraw from your Cash Balance at any time. Withdrawals made prior to the fulfilment of this turnover requirement shall result in the Bonus Balance and any winnings credited to the Cash Balance being forfeited.
7. Claiming Bonuses and Offers
7.1 Unless otherwise specified, all promotional bonuses and offers must be claimed by entering the respective promotional bonus code as follows:
7.1.1 On the Join page for all New Player Bonuses;
7.1.2 On the Deposit page for all Reload and Deposit Bonuses; and
7.1.3 On the My Account page for all other bonuses.
8. Amendments
8.1 The Casino reserves the right at any time, exercisable in its sole discretion, to discontinue, modify or cancel any promotional offer for any reason whatsoever and without prior notice.
9. Disputes
9.1 The Casino shall retain records of all promotions for a period of one (1) month from the date the final results of the promotion are determined.
9.2 The Casino’s Promotions Department will be the sole judge in respect of honouring any promotional bonus or offer.
9.3 Any disputes should be directed to the Promotions Department in writing at marketing@canbet.com .
10. Severability
10.1 Each promotional rule shall be severable from each of the other rules, and if any rule is found to be void, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain in full force and effect.
